Good Mental health is a start to feeling good. Feeling good helps promote a Positive attitude to cope
more easily with the daily affairs of life. Feeling good brings optimism into your life, and makes it
easier to avoid worry and negative thinking. If you adopt it as a way of life, it will bring constructive changes
into your life, and makes them happier, brighter and more successful. With a positive attitude you see the bright
side of life, become optimistic and expect the best to happen. It is certainly a state of mind that is well
worth developing and strengthening.
I Believe
I believe some people have been more fortunate in life but could
use a Copilot to help them get through a rough spot. Be it a death in the family or a close friend, a rough
time at work, or perhaps these bad economic times that most of us are going through. Every once in a
while we need to lean on someone for help or some words of encouragement. Copilot Me is new but soon
will be full of encouragement and words from people who made it through similar hardships, so If
you don't get what your looking for, check back often as I am constantly up-dating this
